Pricing is finalised during the access review, sized to the shape of your practice (solo, sponsor/enterprise, or white-label). We do not publish a public price card — we'd rather have one honest conversation than negotiate a number.
Access reviews are returned within a few business days. Once accepted, most coaches are fully set up within a working week, including branding, packages, and a first imported client.
We prioritise ICF-certified coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) and equivalent professional credentials. Non-credentialed coaches with serious practice experience are reviewed case by case.
You do. Client records, session notes, recordings, and AI outputs are coach-owned. Export is always available, and we never train external models on your data.
